SEYMOURS and general cleaning at check out

I am a middleaged professional and I believe I am a careful lady;I have moved several times in these last three years. I have never had to pay for cleaning at check out as I have always left the properties in perfect condition.
Please be aware that Seymours in Guildford book the cleaning team well in advance, apparently prior to have the check out report done. For a one bedroom flat they charge £105.00. In my case the report has also been amended in parts with evident but stressful mistakes e.g. asking me to immediately remove items that have been brought into the flat after my departure by the owner herself; they wrote that the walls had to be cleaned or the top of the boiler and so on. I spoke with the lady owner who enterred the flat already before the checkout and who described the property as clean and nice. I have also left her a dehumidifier to better deal with mould on some of the walls. The owner was very happy with everything and she is a young professional well aware of any possible damage or problem.Seymours have treated me in a most unkindly and rude way, and have definitely not wanted to discuss the amount of money they had deduced from my deposit. There is probably an agreement between them and the cleaning company.
Just to add that they have never dealt in a reasonable way with any of the small issues and are used to treat their clients once you've signed the contract in a very superficial and damaging way. From my experience Seymours Letting and Managementr Services in Guildford are therefore very expensive, dangerous, unfriendly to owners and tenants.
