  • Hi pineapple_head

I don't think you have anything to be sorry about, personally I think it is lovely that you have come on now to let the forum know that you have found it useful and
:T:dance:CONGRATULATIONS:dance: :T on getting debt free.

Why don't you post a bit more about yourself, how much debt you had, when you started to sort it out, what your lightbulb moment was, what tricks and tips you used to get it down.

  • Awhh shucks guys thanks for the congraulations!

I had my lightbulb moment on the 13th July last year when my lovely and sickenly good with money (lol) fiancee proposed. I know then if i didn't sort myself out and get rid of the £4500 credit card and £550 overdraft i wouldn't be able to afford to get married.

We're getting married on the 20th September and i really can't wait I've been able to use loads of tips of this site to keeps the costs quite low.

  • Well done, and welcome to the site. There is so much more to find around this site. Its a bit like a little town. Lots of places to pop in and out of. There will be lots more for you to find out. And now hopefully you will be able to contribute as well. Everyone welcome here. You might not have anything to say about money as such, but a word of support always goes a long way here. Please stay around. xxxx
