Hi - not sure whether this is the right place - I ordered a settee, chairs etc from Debenhams - almost £2k worth of stuff and I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. The response to my letter was a standard 'bog standard' acknowlegement ........thank you......apologies....will address the problem........thankyou for bringing to our attention etc etc. I personally don't feel that its enough given the hassle I went through and the cost involved. Suite arrived and has a large hole in the bottom (doesn't show but that's not the point) Any readers had expereince with Debenhams bad service?
