Making small extra payments to Egg card

After checking our balance and finding hubbby spending more than I, or even he, thinks I could do with making some extra payments here and there. I would only be able to make small payments like extra £5 or £10. Does anyone know if this an be done on the high street anywhere like in the Post Office? I can't see anything on their website. Thanks in advnce.

Don't think you can do anything at post office, but you can do a 'one-off payment' via debit card from their web site. You can also do a payment from your bank via BACS:

Making payments from external accounts

BACS

• You need to arrange this type of payment with your external bank.
• For a payment to your Egg Card, the payment needs to be made using the following details: sort code 40-02-50, account number 01071181 and your 16 digit Egg Card number (this is used as a reference).
• For payment to your Egg Money card, the payment needs to be made using the following details: sort code 40-02-50, account number 11202073 and your 16 digit Egg Money card number (this is used as a reference).

I wouldn't bother making cheque payments though because of the £2 charge.
