I'm currently in the middle of trying to sell my house, and am having great difficulty. I have been thinking of using one of the advertised house buying companies, and wondered whether anyone has had any experience of these?

If you search through the threads you will find helpful advice on this,sorry Ihavent time to look for you.Basically the consensus was that they pay well below market value,and sometimes you have to pay for a survey up front.
