pc world laptop failure

boutght a toshiba laptop 29 12 07 about 7 weeks old has now pcked up went back to local branch can't look at it for 10 days has to go back to toshiba via courier hence they have to collect it what are my rights thanks Paul

it will depend on your warranty, most are return to base, in which case you wont get a replacement whilst it is being worked onsmile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to....

Had a similar problem myself with a laptop bought at Christmas. PC World are great until something goes wrong

Thanks won't buy from there again , just that i thought i could leave it there at the Store was told ten days before they could look at it ? you had to arrange courier from parcel line to collect it Toshiba called
pacel line given ref number parcel line had not had it on their system more calls taking it back the shop today
