Principality pain....

Just tried to apply online for the Principality esaver - but on page 2 no matter how I enter my home phone number required - with spaces, without spaces, with area code etc... the bloody form keeps telling me it's wrong, so can't go any further.

Stupid.

Maybe they don't want my money?

  • Patr100,
I don't know the particulars of the Principality web page 2, but some bank/BS web pages seem to be written by people who have been given a bit too much free rein, and have "interpreted" requirements (and suitable possible answers) according to their own experience (or lack of it) rather than fully-researched criteria. Is there something unusual about your home phone number (e.g. fewer digits than normal)?
Imprudent granting of credit is bound to prove just as ruinous to a bank as to any other merchant.
