Last year I helped my daughter insure her 1st car, I used my credit card to pay the insurance. She is now at uni and her car is currently declared SORN, we save her post until she comes home. I recently received a credit card statement from a card I don't use. It turned out the insurance company reinsured her car and charged it to my card! We have now managed to cancel the insurance but they have charged me £39.19, can they do this, i didn't realize they had kept my card details.
