Odd that paragraphs don't work.

I've copied your post and put some in so it's easier for people to read.
hi guys, so as some of you may know im in dispute with my IVA supervisor. im not sure of the best way to explain this but here goes. ok so this is the list of payments they have drawn up.sorry i cant make it look like a chart but i cant get any paragraphs to work????
1/12/06.....due £150 ..... paid £150.....
1/01/07.....due £150 ..... paid £150.....
1/02/07.....due £150 ..... paid £150.....
1/03/07.....due £150 ..... paid £150.....
1/04/07.....due £150 ..... missed payment.....
1/05/07.....due £236 ..... paid £150.....
1/06/07.....due £236 ..... paid £150.....
1/07/07.....due £236 ..... paid £150.....
1/07/07.....due £236 ..... paid £150.....
1/08/07.....due £236 ..... missed payment.....
1/09/07.....due £236 ..... paid £150.....
1/10/07.....due £236 ..... paid £236.....
1/11/07.....due £236 ..... missed payment.....
1/12/07.....due £236 ..... paid £236.....
1/01/08.....due £236 ..... paid £236.....
now for anyone with a brain you can clearly see that they have listed july twice on this list, they refuse to accept this .
also there was a payment of £236 made on november 1st too which they cannot find.they say the arrears are 966 but if they had their chart right it should show £730 plus if they then find the payment it comes down to 494. (now i have paid an additional £250 this month so the true arrears figure is now £258 and with a bit added onto march's payment would bring it down to under 1 month in arrears which is what they deem to be acceptable. )
they do accept that i have made this months payment as well as an additional £250 so they now say the arrears are 716 which is a lot different to my 258it is so frustrating as they wont listen to what im saying and are telling me i need to re do my calculations as they are wrong, so thats why im hoping some of you lovely people could take a look for me.

Right patchy, you need to keep hassling your IP/supervisor to sort out the mess they have made their end.
Ok. You have some stuff to put right to catch up with payments, but they have made mistakes that they have to put right as well.
You must remember that IP's have licensing bodies. If worst comes to worst you can make a complaint about them.

The IVA company should also have a complaints procedure that they should follow first of all when you have a problem.
Can you tell us the IVA company? Don't worry if you would rather not.
Do you have proof of the payment(s) you say have been made, but they say can't be found?Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Patchy
I would also add (I've just lost the huge post I'd written you!) to Fermi's excellent stuff above ... did you actually make 2 payments in March (as that's what it looks like too).
Assuming you did, then I think your arrears should read 330 (incl Feb's payment and also the extra payment made). I've calculated this by adding up the amounts you should've paid (assuming that July was only due once and March was due twice), and then subtracting the amount you've actually paid (including Feb at 236 and the extra 250). That leaves me with 330. Nowhere near their 700+ figure and, assuming you can prove the 236 in Nov (bank statement will show this?) then arrears are 94 - much less than one month.
Hope this helps0 -

hi, i made a mistake there, march was only due once. sorry about that, i have put the correct chart on nowtrying to lose 3 stone by end of 2014;)0 -
just notice on my calculations i have said arrears is 258 but when i had wrote the letter i hadnt included the over payment of 14 i made so i make the arrears now 244.trying to lose 3 stone by end of 2014;)0

Thanks for that.
Right, so the way it works out (I think - but very happy to be corrected) is as follows.
Add up all the amounts you owed in the chart (so, I've removed the March extra one) which comes to 3110. Then take away the extra July payment - you paid extra but you only owed 236. That makes it 2874. Then add in the Feb due payment (236) makes it back up to 3110. So that's the amount you should have paid this year.
Add up the amount you paid from the chart and that comes to 2058. At this point I've added in the 236 that you 'should've' paid from the previous para (because you actually overpaid by 150) which comes to 2294. Then add in your Feb payment - comes to 2530. Then add in the extra 250 you paid in Feb - comes to 2780.
If you subtract 2780 from 3110 then you are left with 330 - this would be your arrears. However, you also say that you paid the 236 in November (even though they think you haven't - you'll need a bank statement to prove that at least I'd have thought). That leaves 94 - so your arrears on that basis is £94.
Does any of that make sense? It's difficult to explain as people's brains work in different ways - so I've probably made it more complicated than it needs to be. But whichever way I've done it I still make it 94.
