Experian Credit Expert

I've been trying to sign up for this now for the past three days but is constantly unavailable.

Does anyone know how long this has been the case? Is it this unreliable usually?

I signed up to it a couple of weeks ago and after viewing my credit report cancelled it yesterday midway through my 30 day trial as I have seen what I needed. The woman in the call centre was v. rude and suggested that I was cancelling now that I have my free report. What do they expect?

I signed up about a year ago and cancelled mid-way through the trial, and found it very easy and they were very polite... I guess after a year of people using it to get a free credit report they are putting on the presure.

It does seem a tad expesive though if you do pay a subsription. Surely people that would find the subscription service useful (rather than a one-off report) wouldn't have that sort of money to spare!
