Checked with Clerical Medical and they've recently increased the MVA on my With Profits Policy from 1% to 7% (good job I cashed in 50% of fund last month).
Anyone know of any LifeCos that are reintroducing or increasing exit fees? They seem very slow to increase bonuses on the way up but very quick to introduce penalties on the way down.

I cashed in my Clerical Medical W.P.Bond last March as the bonus applied to the policy in January 2007 was 1.3%. There was no MVA at that time. I'm glad that I got out when I did.0
