Simnel and other Easter Treat Receipes

Options
Anyone got some simple receipes for Easter treats for a new baker? I've only really made Banana bread and Twinks Hobnobs so far so I can't cope with anything too complicated or too many ingredients! :rotfl:

I think simnel cake is pretty much a rich fruit cake, possibly with a layer of marzipan in the middle, and then eleven balls of marzipan on top to depict 11 of the appostles.

    There's a recipe here:-
