Just come back from holiday to find the kids have been trawling through the audio sites & picked up this baby - W32gaobot.sn.
I have Norton Antivirus 2004 installed & this does pick it up & delete it. But its still there everytime I try & connect.
I have followed the instructions from norton on how to remove this - start in safe mode, run scanner etc but there are 2 txt files that it can't get rid off & these seem to reinfect - k2[1].txt even tho' I've deleted all temp files.
I can't find anyway to contact the techies at Norton without paying 39 dollars for a phone call- duh all the website offers is a library of how2's that I've already followed & failed with. Any ideas of what to do next????
