I'm having gammon steaks for tea. Serving it with rustic chips, asparagus, carrots and peas.
Heres the challenge instead of the normal pineapple and/or egg......... I fancy a chilli type marmalade or sauce.
Pineapple based maybe.
I have an orange, grapefruit
( but thats for my breakfast so under pain of death I may be tempted to use it
) lemons, limes, chillis, pineapple rings, loads of store cupboard basics.
:eek:No fresh ginger. May be able to get some if the little shops sell it.
Ideally something sweet with a bit of a kick. :j
 I eagerly await your suggestions.
