how long does a MBNA balance/cash transfer take ?

hi,
i think i am being played around by someone. He first wanted to do a cash transfer from his CC into my account but after getting advice from some on here i told him to do the transfer into his own bank account then into mine.
But it seems to be taking ages, he told me he initiated the cash transfer from his mbna CC 5 days ago but it still has'nt reached his bank account!
Is this normal ? because in my experience transfers take around 3 days. i am starting to lose patience with this guy.

he claimed to have phoned up last wednesday, 3 working days so far (4 if you include today)

In my experience 3 working days for money to go from his cc to his account then another 3 days to go to your account.

exactly it usually takes around 3 days so i dont know why its taking so long for just the money to show up in his bank account.

I requested the same on Friday from my Virgin MBNA card to my current account. It has still not gone in. In the past its shown up straight away on my virgin balance, then in my account in about 4 days. No sign of either!!!
