on wednesday i went shoppping with dd1 to birmingham to get a prom dress. We went into loads of stores and couldn't find anything not knowing birmingham that well we went into tourist information and they pointed us in the direction of house of fraser. From the moment of stepping inside they couldn't have been more helpful from the man standing at the door spraying people with perfume who directed us in the right direction. The girls on the evening wear dress section were amazing they kept bringing us different dresses and sizes to the changing room were honest about what suited and what didn't gave dd2 some chocolate biscuits to help keep her entertained They even gave us some discount when they knew dd1 had gone over her budget to bring it back into budget.Nothing seemed to be too much trouble will definatley go there again beat selfridges hand down who just couldn't seem to be bothered :T
