Hi
Can anyone help me?
I got behind with my Gas and Electric bills lasy year when I was paying by Direct Debit and as a result ended up with owing approx £700 on each. N Power would not let me reset a direct debit up to pay off the arrears and for further bills and insisted that I have pre payment meters installed. This was done last July I would like to switch energy suppliers to decrease my bills, I still have arrears on the accounts, does anyone know if I can do this?
