Its the end of a quarter, so the points for this period should have been converted to clubcard vouchers and are probably on their way to you - they come off your reciepts when this happens.
And under the DPA, they cannot discuss your husbands account with you
What do you mean about the vouchers to use by the end of 2008 and to call nearer the time? I don't understand that comment?0 -
Your points balance will have dropped because you should be getting a new set of clubcard vouchers turning up very soonish.0

I understand about DPA - however didn`t get that far, but they only use the DPA - when the mood suits, but hey thats another thing.

We were sent some clubcard vouchers with an expiry date, rang them to say we were saving them & was told to ring back nearer the expiration date to have them added back.0 -
As others have said - it's the time when points are being converted.
I'm not sure I follow about the expiry date on your vouchers - I believe you can extend the period if you ring just before expiry - but current ones are valid till 2010 - do you mean you want longer than that or have you had them for a while?0 -

Sorry for not explaining myself clearly. I don`t want the money off vouchers. I want to save my points to use as tesco deals.
Thanks for all your help

gingababe - you can stop them being sent out to you until NOv if you call them and ask about the Xmas savers scheme. This scheme will hold all your CC points and they accumulate until being sent out for Xmas spends in NOv - you can also top up cash into your xmas savers at the till ( but these wont be valid for deals)
