I think this is new on .com - "500 points with 2 Benefit cosmetics" and I just tried adding 4 and it added 2 lots of 500 points, so it's 500 for every 2, not just 2 or more :)

Nope it's on two or more. The additional 500 points you got is the current offer of spend over 500 points when you spend over £50

I know this isn't really Boots related but could come in handy for any of the early birds who've been after toys in the .com sale.

Amazon have got a sale on and they've got lots of things that had been on the .com sale. They're not quite as cheap as the Boots sale but they're not that far off.

    here's the link http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/feature.html/ref=amb_link_55514665_1?ie=UTF8&docId=1000153133&pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_s=center-1&pf_rd_r=0GA925BFF0V5SP73ZFTV&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=175189291&pf_rd_i=468292

Totally addicted to Boots glitches & the Next sales!
  • I ordered the P&P this morning but I never thought about it being a glitch so just took the free delivery and it was not till I read the posts that said it could be.

I checked my order but it says being processed and expected delivery 27/02/08 so I will keep an eye on it and check the posts to see who has got theirs.

I just missed ordering the P+P at the glitch price, but quickly rang CS while it was still showing as 1/4 price on the main listing page. I explained that it was listed at £24.75 but seemed to double in price when it went in my basket. The very kind lady gave me a call ref number and typed a note to say that when it arrives I will be phoning up for a refund as she could clearly see it advertised at £24.75 online too. So I've had to pay the 'full-half' price to start with  but SHOULD hopefully actually get it for the glitch price. If not I'll just return it!

Could anone tell me if the Scar serum is any good? I have a scar on my chest, its keloid so despite getting it 10 years ago its very raised and red.

I have been using it on a scar which is part keloid, and I am seeing very good results already. See this post

I am an unlikely hero, but thank you. :T :T That's what this board is all about, helping each other to save money.

There is hope for everyone then who managed to place an order, but I dont know how many actually managed it, in such a short time.

There are a few S&G sets reduced to £7.50 in Watford, Waterfields Retail Park. The hat boxes are £9.

As an aside, I would recommend that anyone with the pink £5 vouchers, wanting No 7 wipes, buys them this weekend. As we all know from previous experience, supplies of these will be very limited next week.

am another breast cancer surviver -am not going for rconstruction so may try the serum as had my 'dog ear' done last year and it still looks quite angry red.
Boots support Breastcancer care every year -in fairness our NO7 girls who are usually quite fiesty dress up do raffles and raise a lot so can be forgiven for refusing some of the coupons!

Just wanted to say thanks for this, and everyone else who's posted their experiences. Last couple of days that I've read have reawakened some stuff for me, made me think  (I try not to LOL)!

Good to remember we all have lives outside of here, with lots of things to deal with *in the real world* - for me, my Bootsing has helped me (along with other things) survive, and cope with a very difficult year  .
You've all touched me, offered inspiration (Poll - your term 'badges of life' is awesome). I wish you all the very best (((((((hugs))))))) xx
