been to Westfield's today.......they were still doing price changes at 9.45 this morning (and were grumbling about it not being done as well:rolleyes: ) so a bit difficult to work out what was on promotion & what wasn't.

No new mags out, so i braved it & asked...:o

Almost laughed out loud at the reply: It's still february yet, and the magazines are jan/feb.......the new ones won't be out until march.

I was sorely tempted to tell her that i only wanted it for the new offers that start today but (sensible) DD dragged me away.....:rotfl:
Autism Mum Survival Kit: Duct tape, Polyfilla, WD40, Batteries (lots of),various chargers, vats of coffee, bacon & wine. :)

I am pretty new to this bootsing mularky but am now a convert , used to avoid Boots like the plague....totally addicted now but still not very good at it!!
I will let you know if I come across any other bargains, S &G sets going through the tils at £7.50, not sure whether to get one they get rave reviews on here but never tried it. The SA on the No7 counter was extremely helpfull, she deffo gets a thumbs up from me! Oh and they had more reduced stuff today that they did yesterday so might keep making other reductions. they did have some pantene shampoo for 50p but I find it too heavy. Only 1 reduced section now at the end of the baby aisle.

Don't forget if you got any No7 GWP's there is a voucher for 250points on NO7 skincare, and I think someone has also reported a 100pts voucher in the new mag ( I think !!)

OMg u must spend a lot of time and money in boots lol

A lot of time yes.....a lot of money...not really.

    Take today's shop for example....spent £7.00 - gained £24.50 in points.

I do get lots of coupons from family and friends and have started to buy some off ebay (although not sure it's always worth it...but we'll see). I did also buy some pink vouchers from ebay to make the most of the offers and maximise points and pounds.
If you think about it, the recent high lights offer, put together with a foundation meant I spent over £20 so got GWP....actually paid £1 everytime because of pink vouchers and £5 wys £20 PC voucher (did some swaps on here for those as well) and high lights voucher .

So having paid £1.....I now have three items of No 7 but also 250 points to add to my total next time I spend. The points worked at first with this package of purchases but soon started bleeping so eventually I was only buying the package to get the GWP and points voucher...then I would go round again and buy a clearance item for 25p (amazing those streak wipes) and get 250 points. Did this loads of times.

Also got some fab extra points from .com (did spend a lot in the 75% sale) but maximised the points offerings. I worked out recently that I was getting at least 50p in points per pound spent....but over the last week this has definitely increased massively - eg today's shop meant I was getting £3.50 in points per pound spent. And I will do a few more of those tomorrow.

Oops...almost forgot about the Olay 500 points that I used with the £5 till spit in January. Fantastic....buy something for £4.99 get it free and get 500 points everytime....another one that was a huge point builder with no expense.

  • I've had a look at the new offers on the website today, and there a couple of ways of getting the best out of them.

There's 2 for £2 on Boots tissues and it's also part of the 200 points on a £10 spend offer. The glitch on the tissues works in the same way as the previous glitch on cotton wool.....
Thanx for that - but which tissues ?
