Not sure why this is, in store the No7 GWP poster says it's free WYS £20 on any No7. Maybe it's different on .com though it doesn't state any exceptions. Customer services might be able to tell you.

If you want to order it online phone customer services and query the GWP (or lack thereof;)).

Explain that you are aware that it is available when purchasing this item in stores AND you could use your £5 pink voucher.....if only you could locate stock...as this seems to be irratic at best. Worst that can happen is that they just apologise.....but you never know they might agree to match what is available in the stores. Got to be worth a try.

Trafford Centre today had the Steamy Shower S&G sets marked on the shelf at £15 but went through at £7.50. The big window signs advertising the P&P £20 set had gone and I didn't see any around the store (although didn't search high and low). They seemed to be running low on the £5 No7 vouchers as the lady on the till had to ask the till next to her for one. I got a highlighter powder, lip gloss £9.75 and GWP - took it to the pharmacy counter and used No7 voucher and highlighter voucher and paid £4.75!!! The nice SA was really impressed and I left her studying the highlighter voucher. She'd asked me if it was from the magazine and she was saying ooooh I'll have to get one later!

Because Mr Boots wants to annoy us????? I rang Customer Services cos on the .com Special Offers page it just says "Free gift when you spend £20 on No7" not "spend...on selected No.7" but although she agreed that this was misleading and ought to be changed, she didn't seem able to change things for me so I would get the GWP.I tried explaining that it was a double kick in the teeth for .com customers, as you don't get the GWP and you don't get the £5 off voucher (or the opportunity to use a voucher off the purchase price) but although he was very sympathetic she was unable to help.

Mine is still pending from Saturday and I paid for next day delivery which was daft of me because I forgot that they don't deliver on a Sunday!!! I would have expected it to come today though, I have been out for a couple of hours mind but nothing has been posted through the door like a card etc
