  • Wow - knock me down with a feather! For the first time in 4 years the car passed it's MOT first time! Can't believe it at all!!! :money:
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!
  • That's good news bathgate. I understand your astonishment!

I feel fed up today but I know it's because the kids are back at school today after halfterm and I'm tired as I'm out of the habit of getting up early.

Also had a snotty email from a customer which doesn't help, but I must try to be more thick skinned. You cannot please everyone all of the time can you?

I hate mondays. Sorry to be grumpy!

  • Yes my day got better. Particularly after a colleague was so flippin' rude to me this morning. I consider myself polite, well-meaning , generous..............in fact, just short of sainthood if I'm honest! Anyhoo, someone in my office decides to tell me I have bad manners when she is well known in the office for being really nippy with anyone and everyone. I was livid. So much so, my halo slipped from a fraction of a second and I nearly throttled her with it!!!

Still, amazing how a successful MOT can make you feel better straight away!

  • You know, when they slice up bananas and dry them out and cover them with sugar-they pretend to be healthy but aren't really...
They taste so good, once I start eating them, I can't stop
