I have tried a few canvas printers from ebay to commercial printers, the quality and price varies hugely.
I now use the local universities fabric printer, and it costs me £10 per metre printed, and thats using canvas 44" wide, so I can either get a number of small images or some large prints done. Framing is easy, you just need some scrap wood and a staple gun.

me and my wife had several photos printed on canvas from these guys http://crystalcanvas.co.uk/ and they were all OK , the only minus is delivery time- takes them seven days to deliver, and the really funny thing is that they have a feature in Flash that shows you the canvas and you can play and move it around immediately,so you know what you actually order.

I've used a person on ebay lots of times and have been very very happy with my items - as have the people who i have given them to. He's really good and will tell you if he doesn't think your photo is suitable.

This is a link to one of his listings:
