Problems with Paypal ...Help please urgently

To cut a long story short Paypal claim to of paid one of my buyers after I had already made payment through my son's paypal account, When I tried to use my account I did not have enough funds in my bank account, this is the reason why I had to use my son's account....
Now I keep receiving letters from debt collection agency for £289... I contacted paypal to confirm my account should not be blocked and buyer says he has not been paid twice !!! Is there a phone number for paypal because this dispute has been going on since sept I cant log into details anymore :mad:
I have joined tazbar and won great priced item but need to pay through paypal and cant :mad: :mad: :mad:
Any help/advice please
