Look i think you misunderstand where i am coming from with this. I didnt think you would put these answers on a thread, therefore i linked to your answers, this is because you have been a member since july 2007 and havent put the answers on a thread before. Im not saying you have done anything wrong and I thank you for finding and posting the answers, I havent stolen your answers and started my own thread I have simply directed fellow MSErs to your thread in order to ensure that my fellow compers are aware of the fact that these answers are now available. I do not know how I am supposed to have done anything wrong by doing so and if I have offended you in anyway I apologise, but how is helping my fellow MSErs any different from helping out the person on the aforementioned thread? I havent tried to offend or upset you in anyway, so thank you and good night. I have some more comps to post.

Fair enough ryan, looks like we got off on the wrong foot, i don't post the answers on this site because i know and respect that hjb123, and a lot of the others post the answers on here usually for the mags, it was a one off for me, like i said i just happened to see that post and noticed that they hadn't found the answers on marina's site yet, so i just tried to help her, good luck all, hope you get a winner,

To be honest all I am seeing these days is links to Marinas forum (complete with full url) Seems like shameless advertising to me, a way to get more members but thats just my opinion, and one I think I am entitled to have....I followed a link to that site after it was advertised on here but to be honest, they are not open with their comps and answers...some are 'restricted' and only open to people with granted access so you cant very well knock an OP for posting something for us, after all, that is what this forum is like, we all help each other.
Whereas I understand there maybe alot of members on here that use that forum, there are some of us that dont, so posts like these are VERY welcome

And Korky why do you defend that site sooo much? If anybody says or does anything regarding Marinas site you are first to jump to its defense and more often than not offend people in the process as you think they have done something wrong?? just wondered why as they are only trying to be helpful?

Anyway, just my 2 pennies worth (that I can probably be told to keep to myself) now off to end a very bad day

I have noticed that you are posting a lot of competitions and it is very much appreciated.

I think, however, that occasionally you can be a bit sharp with people who have posted in the wrong place or who aren't as clear in their postings as you expect. I can understand in this thread you felt a bit under attack, but your response was a bit defensive (the anything else? post). I know things can be irritating at times, but I think we should all have a bit more patience with each other (and I don't just mean you, honestly)

I hope I haven't offended you, as I do think you are a real asset to this board, but I have been wondering about saying something to you for a little while and this seemed like a good opportunity. I hope you don't feel it is Ryan bashing day!

Ok I will try and be a little nicer! its not intentional honest, i think im just a little too straight to the point sometimes rather than intentionally rude, I will try and be more tactful in future.

I know what you mean sometimes directness just reads as rudeness in type doesn't it? I hadn't thought of that myself, but I'm sure when you hear it in your head it sounds different

Well, i think and hope it will be www.puzzlesandprizes.co.uk sometime soon, although there is one person on this thread that knows the answer and is seemingly unwilling to share (we are on the wrong forum apparently). And yes, despite my promise to be more tactful that is a dig! (not at you purpleluvbug)
