Does anyone have advice for me regarding an apartment in spain that I want to sell in order to raise funds towards a house move in the UK? If I pay Spanish tax on the profit from the sale, how do I transfer the money to the UK and am I liable for further tax if I do??!!! Also, should I use it as a lump sum towards my new mortgage or invest it separately??? Any thoughts much appreciated.
