Capital One terms & conditions

in Credit cards
I've just applied for a Capital One cashback card and amongst the terms re interest rates etc is this --- Total charge for credit: At the time the agreement is made, is £123.63 Comprising interest in the sum of: £123.63 --- I'm a bit confused - what does that refer to ? I'm not doing any balance transfers, no cash advances and didn't see anything anywhere about an annual fee. Thanks.

It's explained in section 11 of the T&C's.0

OK, I've read that & am none the wiser ---- We may impose charges (such as an annual fee) ---. So is that charge an annual fee or not ?0
