Ideas for Pastry Cases

Trying endlessly to get my food bills down, I spotted in Mr T's ready made pastry cases and bought a savoury and a sweet one.

Has anyone got any ideas for filling them ?

    Bacon and egg pie (it doesn't need to be topped)

    Bakewell tart

    French apple flan

    Lemon meringue

    Quiche

    Treacle tart

    There's loads to do with them.
    A nice flan - we always call it flan cos I can't spell quiche ;)
    treacle tart
    egg custard
    all really cheap to mae and really yummy
