They sent me some UCI vouchers that I claimed as I had enough points but only sent me 1, instead of 2! 2 e-mails and 2 phone calls have still not resolved the issue, both times I've been told the customer services manager isn't in and will get back to me - suprise, suprise they never have :mad:

Try posting on the rpoints forum in the ipoints sections the details. They do seem to read the posts on there and it can speed things up sometimes with response times to querys.0
