The thread below is not quite the same, since it's telephone sales rather than debt collectors.
But it's funny, any many ideas could also apply to debt collectors who are using undue harassment by telephone..

Always makes me laugh when people ring from a withheld number and then ask me to confirm confidential info. Even if its not a DCA. My bank do it on sales calls. Errm no. It usually goes on that they say if I ask them a question that only they would know. How would I know that?
