Abbey National shares. Is it a good time to sell???

We hold Abbey shares. Is it too late to sell them free(as their original offer)? Is it worth keeping them? How much are they worth now?

I suggest that you look on the Abbey website and get the telephone number to enquire.

I sold mine a couple of months ago, as it looks like the dividends under Grupo Santander are going to be lower than they were under Abbey. I think I just got in before they closed the free sale offer - so I think you've missed the boat. They will now charge to sell them.

The share price was around £6.30 per share if my memory serves me right.

Ring them to find out the current price.

Just sold all my Abbey holdings - got around £6.50ish per share - and no dealing fees. Can't wait any longer for the £15 days !! do you remember those ??? Also wasn't quite as interested when not listed on the FSTE in the paper of CEEFAX !
