White sleeves on kids double layer tops

Hope you know the ones i mean, the top is a diff colour say black and the sleeves are white, my boys have various tops like this but they tend to use their sleeves as napkins! Anyone got any tips on how to destain the sleeves without wrecking the top? Have tried hanging the sleevs in bleech but hate watching the water…

Thanks for the suggestions i normally just do a spot stain spray but they don't work great and then a 40 wash, just be nice if they made the sleeves a diff colour other than white! will keep trying to fight the stains lol problem is my boys have a nasty habbit of wiping their mouths on them!
