Through a series of errors I've gone £200 over my agreed limit on my Halifax Credit Card, does someone know how much I'll have to pay in charges? I'm dreading that it's going to be something stupid!

You'll probably just get an overlimit charge and the minimum payment next month will be all of the over limit balance and a percentage of the normal balance.0

Excellent, so I won't get charged a silly amount then. How much do you think?0

£12, as detailed in your T&C's, summary box, and on the Halifax website.Airplanepics wrote: »Excellent, so I won't get charged a silly amount then. How much do you think?
They may charge a separate £12 fee for each statement period you are over your limit.
They may also demand (via telephone/letter) an immediate repayment of the overlimit amount, ie they may not wait for your next payment due date.
Just out of interest, what kind of "errors" mean you exceed your limit by a full £200?0 -
