Paypal help please

i have had £80ish in paypal account for 2 months now and they wont release it, every week i have phoned up and given the same information over and over again and they say it will be released withing 72 hrs but i then get a email saying i havent provided enough information, what should i do? Really need this money now

you havent said why it needs released.was it in dispute?0

no there wasnt a dispute paypal said that they were just carrying out a regular spot check and wanted to look into my account further as new account0
