Just wanted to say watch out for the small print (that they only flash up quickly once you've clicked the 'buy' button) and is then sent out in the schedule:
Administration charges:
For changing policy details where there is an additional premium: £17.50
For changing policy details where there is a refund of premium: £17.50
For reprinting documents or changing policy details where there is no premium change: £17.50
Shocking. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
Grrrr.

My wife tried them for a quote; never had an accident/claim in the 21 years she's been driving and yet their premium was through the roof
I think they're playing on the "we're best value for the girlies" theme......You'll always miss 100% of the shots you don't take - Wayne Gretzky
Any advice that you receive from me is worth exactly what you paid for it. Not a penny more or a penny less.0 -

It's not that unusual to charge an admin fee for changing details. My wife tried them for a quote; never had an accident/claim in the 21 years she's been driving and yet their premium was through the roof

Seems good value. Many companies are more expensive than that.
