Tofu

I have bought marinated tofu pieces in ginger and soy sauce by Cauldron what can I cook to go with it? Any casserole ideas?

Dunno about casserole, but I stir fry them with assorted veggies of choice, in extra ginger and maple syrup. Then serve with brown basmati rice. Yum - I have some in the freezer as it's hard to come by around here now.

    Hiya,

There might be some ideas in the Old Style Recipe Index and also the Slow Cooker Index both of which have Vegetarian sections. We recently changed the layouts of our collections and I know you haven't posted here lately so forgive me if I'm telling you something you already know... but... :)

You can find them both in our "Indexed Collections" sticky at the top of the forum listing, or you can follow the clue in my signature any time you see it or...

..you can use the Indexed Collections link in the Blue Bar at the top of every page which looks something like this:-

There are also other recipes that might help you in the Cooking section of the new MEGA Index sticky at the top of the board.

Hello, I had some very helpful responses and tasty-sounding recipes when I asked about tofu Here

I haven't managed to start using tofu on a regular basis, though...so can't give you any more personal accounts!
