what can I do about ebay ending listings by mistake?

What can I do about items ended by mistake.I have just had an e-mail telling me some of my listings have been ended due to circumvention of fees???Its ridiculous!!!They have obviously made a mistake so what do | do now?
I dont know if you will be able to access these listing but the items were all starting 23022355 items ending with 8537,8544 and 9338.
Apparantly the problem was using this phrase,"All remaining available sizes I have left in this item are on auction now!!!"
I know its not allowed to list multiple size options but I didn,t,infact I made a point of telling people I didn,t have any other sizes left other than the one listed as the item design was discontinued.
I had individual listings for each of the sizes I had left in the quad bike design.
Have I done somehting wrong afterall or are ebay just playing at silly beggars???(again)
I am really getting sick of them.
Another thing,I understand they dont have time to check every listing and rely on reports from other members.Doe sthis mean someone must have reported these listings for some reason.Dont they check them themselves,do they just end everything thats reported even if its not breaking one of the millions of listing rules?

Looks like you've breached 2 eBay rules.

1st one you've pointed out,

Choice Policy

Exceptions:
1) Listings may offer custom made items or services that are created or customised to the buyer's specification such as made to order clothing. Other permitted examples include re-sizing of rings or personalised mailing labels. All offered options must be provided at no additional charge to the buyer. Choice of title in software, books, music or movies is not allowed. Choice of size in pre-made items is not allowed.

2) Multiple quantity listings (Dutch auction, fixed price or shop) may offer a choice of colour in otherwise identical items. However, the seller must be able to fulfill the entire quantity of every listing in any offered colour even if every winning bidder makes exactly the same colour selection. It is not permissible to state "The highest bidder gets first choice." Choice auctions may not be offered "subject to availability" or request the buyer to contact the seller to see which colours are available or what quantity is available. This exception for choice of colour does not apply to single quantity listings.

2nd Breach; Sign posts rule, by stating xxx item is available on Item Number: xxxxxxxxxx
