    Quidco pay out only once they have received the money from the merchant. There should be details against the merchant you used that tell you how quick (or slow) they usually are to pay.

    Quidco only pay once a month and by whatever method you selected (BACS or Paypal) and you can also select a minimum amount that needs to be received before payment is made. You should check these settings to see what you have.

    You can also monitor progress of any cashback using the "Earnings" option near the top of the front screen. This will give details of earnings by Status (Tracked, Added, Validated, Received, Paid, Declined). Your earnings have to move to "Received" status before they will be scheduled for payment.
