help! suitable plier/spanner to open valve on ferrolli boiler

would apprecaite advice on the most suitable tool to open valve [to raise the pressure when it drops] on the loop of ferolli combi boiler.
Is it a 150 ml plier? [or have I got it wrong]
The problem is that the plastic blue key has broken off, which normally would be used to open it.
Any alternatives?
