Goldfish credit card. Owned by who?

Can anyone enlighten me as to who Goldfish credit card is owned/administered by?
I know it originally started as Lloyds TSB but I think its now Morgan Stanley and is now being sold to Barclays.
Just concerned as we are on dmp with cccs and have opened Lloyds TSB account as we were told that we had no financial links with them but now a bit concerned and want to make sure that Goldfish is nothing to do with Lloyds TSB now. Also who is Morgan Stanley linked to in the uk if anyone?

Barclays owns Goldfish. Morgan Stanley runs their cards through Goldfish. Lloyds is just Lloyds as far as i can tell from their website. That is all I can tell you.0

Originally Centrica used to own Goldfish. They sold it to LloydsTSB.
A couple of years ago, Lloyds sold to Morgan Stanley.
Morgan Stanley spun off their global credit card businesses in to a separate company they called Discover.
The UK arm of Discover is in the process of currently selling Goldfish to Barclays.
As such, Lloyds have had nothing to do with Goldfish for 2-3 years..
