Prudential Got to be the worst

Has anyone else had problems getting Prudential to honour their written statements. ?

I took my private pension away from them as they refused enhanced payments despite me having a serious chest condition. Now the are trying to duck out of honouring the conversion of my term life insurance to whole of life despite that being a written agreement when the policy was taken out. Seems the Pru interpret conversion as meaning apply for a new policy. Take my advice and steer well clear
