Congrats!
I haven't won anything from the £15 of PBs that were bought for me back in 1988. I added another £200 last year & still haven't had anything.
My boss is so lucky he wins at least 6 times a year & has around £10,000 in PBs. One month he had a few cheques come through & used one as a bookmark until he got down to the bank!Sad because you don't know what to do? Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out0 -

Excellent well done!!!! It sounds like some people are doing really well with them!
My first child had some and won £100 in her first month, my second child hasn't won anythingi have changed addresses too, but not won after that.
I think I might try the selling and buying again thing and see if we have any more luck!!!

i had £300 worth when i was a baby and i think my mum said i won £100 once... so in 32 years that is a bad return.. might get her to move them to my address as she still holds them. might give them a kick start lol...

This has made me think - I do not hold any premium bonds but my OH does have a few and has won the odd £50 here and there. But have you noticed that the top prize winners always seem to be tickets purchased within the last few years? The often announce the winner on GMTV and I have NEVER seen a winner that was purchase pre-2000, let alone ones that were bought in the 70s and 80s. Admittedly I do not watch GMTV religiously so I do not know of all top winners but I am in agreement about this conspiracy!0

A Holder who had £17 of bonds (bought in 1959) won the £1m jackpot in 2004. Oldest £1m winning jackpot, and the lowest holding to boot.0
