WH Smith Orders to store

Ordered a dvd set on-line to be delivered to store 10 days ago no sign of the set in store got cut off 5 times on the phone , sent 6 e-mails none received a reply. Money taken out my account , going down to store tommorow to see if the local store can give me my money back or give me the set if its there. truly fed up with WH Smith dont buy any thing to deliver to store they are massively delayed I have been led to believe:mad::mad::mad:.
