EBay Phone insurance

Hi All, I have just purchased an O2 XDA Orbit 2 on Ebay.. does anyone know if it is possible to insure this?
I know from some companies they say no because you need a receipt with the IMEI number and the company needs to be VAT registered.
If anyone knows of a company that does allow you to insure without these conditions it would be great.
Thanks,
Andy

I have absolutely no idea of what you are talking about - I take it from the header that it is some kind of phone- but banks that offer mobile phone insurance as part of a current account package may cover it as long as you can advise them of the IMEI number.
I have not come across anyone wanting to have a receipt before insuring a phone before.0
