Alternative Bank Account - where can I go?

Hi We are starting a dmp with cccs 1st march and need an alternative bank account. Our debts are held with mbna halifax barclaycard mint co-op goldfish liverpool victoria and a couple of catalogues can anyone suggest where we can get another account, particularly that will give us a debit card of some sort. If you are using the debit for shopping online with tescos they dont accept solo cards online (but they accpet them instore) we got round it be getting a pre paid debit (maetro) card. So you can use your cash card and then top your debit card up at a post office
