My brakes keep hissing?any ideas?

my skoda fabias brakes keep hissing when i apply pressure to them?seems to be braking fine but bit worried about the noise!anyone any idea whats wrong?

probably nothing to wory about,it will just be the noise from the brake servo.my van does this and the girlfriends car does it too.

Does the car snake under braking ?

Sorry but a brake servo that's audible under braking when driving isn't normal and it's leaking. A leaking servo also has other ramifications in so much that the air fuel mix will be a lot weaker and could lead to a holed piston.

who mentioned driving,they only said when under pressure.
it isnt a big deal,im not worried about mine.

does the hissing occur when the engine is running and when it isnt running.
