    i only have some lately cause the maple syrup i bought for pancakes tasted like brandy! So i had to go buy an alternative... wouldn't use it til next pancake day.... but i will now! Will let Erin help too.. i suppose.

    I did 4 heaped desert spoons of sugar and just under half an 8 oz tub of butter (utterly stuff will be fine). If you then add about 12 desert spoons of oats that should work out. It isn't an exact thing, you just need to get it to stick together without it ending up crumbly or runny.

    I'll show you mine if you show me yours!!!

    And if i'm good it'll save me bringing cereal bars next week for morning break. been trying to get out of the habit of spending money on lunch break and snacks for work, doing quite well on that but grocery budget went up instead buying in extra stuff for work!!
