Quidco/RAC deal Please beware

I joined the RAC through quidco last Oct, I took the highest package and was due £40 back, this only registered as £21, which I highlighted to quidco, eventually in Jan the paid the £21, minus their £5 fee, despite repeated requests, I am still awaiting confirmation of the rest of the money. This was highlighted many times by others on quidco, but they seem only interested in their cut. Can I take this to trading standards, as I believe this is false advertising, Thanks in advance for any help/tips

No you can't. Read the Quidco T&Cs. They will only pay you what they have been paid by the referal network (less the £5 a year fee). The cashback is not guaranteed which Quidco do point out. If you raise an earnings enquiry, Quidco will sent it to the network/merchant for investigation but that is all they can do. The merchant can just say 'boo' if they want to. Don't blame Quidco, blame the RAC.0

Could you please expand on unbelievable ?, it was a question and I was asking for advice not sarcasism, and no idea who this peter is, so it was a genuine answer, I would suggest that if you dont have a valid point, the just ignore thread.Butlers1982 wrote: »Unbelievable.
