OUTLOOK-problem receiving messages

New laptop-set up Microsoft outlook again but having trouble receiving messages....keep getting box asking for Network password, so 'send/receive' status never gets beyond 66%. Have changed password in Tools/e-mail accounts etc to make sure I was using correct one......is my user name the bit after '@' in my email address(as in liz@xxxx.fsnet.co.uk) or something else?? Any help appreciated........with fiddling around, I am getting a load messages sometimes but dont know how & then it is back to not receiving!!!

Thanks for asking further..........have solved problem by ringing Wanadoo broadband helpdesk.....took '@fs' off end of user name(added it not long ago to see if that was the problem!) & suddenly, lots of emails were received!! Thanks anyway. Liz
