Buying property...Egypt or Turkey?

We have just returned from Sharm el Sheikh and had a fantastic holiday.
Was amazed to see how much devepment is going on and had a look in real estates windows for property.
We are going to Turkey next month to look at investment property, but are now wondering whether Sharm would be a better option.
The property is cheaper and it is a year round destination, whereas Turkey maybe isn't.
Can anyone give any advice.

I have a property in Turkey and the tourist season runs March to October, so its pretty good really. To be honest I have stayed in February and November and have had great weather & enjoyed doing walking and exploring that's not possible when its 40deg.
Be clear on why your buying and if your dependent on rentakl income to pay the mortgage make sure your realistic about what you will make.No Links in Signatures by Site Rules - MSE Forum Team 20 -
If you're looking for true investment property (and not somewhere you want to use as a part time holiday home) look at Istanbul.0
